How accurate are the colours of the fabrics?
The fabric colours represented in the photos may differ slightly from the actual product, All images are taken in natural light but their appearance on-screen can vary depending on the calibration of your computer monitor. If fabric colour is important, be sure to check with us before you purchase online. We send up to 4 samples Free of charge (UK only).
Do you do Samples?
Yes we do but we ask that you please send us the following depending on your requirements.
a) 1 – 4 samples please send us an email and your details and we will post them to you.
b) 5 – 9 samples, £2.50 plus a SAE.
c) 10 – 15 samples £5.00 plus a SAE.
How long will my Parcel Take to come?
Delivery is by courier service, standard or registered post depending on size and value of order. Despatch is normally within 5 working days of receipt of order, although please allow up to 14 days. All schedules are subject to item availability. Our website is updated daily to reflect stock levels. Intra day stock levels are not monitored by the website so we cannot guarantee that your item is in stock. From despatch your parcel should arrive with you within 2 - 3 working days. Please be aware that we are unable to specify the time of delivery.
You only have a Standard Shipping Charge to the UK mainland - do you ship elsewhere?
Yes we ship anywhere. Please see our page on shipping page for all details on delivery to the rest of the world
Can we visit your shop?
We are not a retail shop and therefore are not open to the public, however arrangements can be made for you to pick up your fabric if you prefer. If you want to do this then we will be more than happy to let you look though our fabric range so please contact us to make arrangements.
Do we have to order online?
No not at all, we can take your order over the phone or by post. Please see all our contact details where you can also print off an order form if you would like to post your request.
I used to buy from Croft Mill and wondered do you still send out your catalogues?
Yes we certainly do, as long as Big Al is inspired long may it reign. It is also available to read on screen or print off from the website. New catologues are posted online every 8 weeks or so as the postal one goes out. If you would like to read the present one or, if you would like us to email you a copy the new one when it is ready please click here to read or fill in your details.
If you would like to be re-instated or indeed would like to begin getting a copy in the post please email info@croftmill.co.uk and tell us you would like a Postal Catalogue. We will also need your Name, Address and Postcode.
What is your Refund Policy?
If you are not happy with your fabric for any reason we will be happy to give you a refund. We can only do this within a reasonable time frame and can only do this from 7 days of the delivery of your goods and if the fabric has not been cut. If there is nothing wrong with the fabric i.e. if you just dont like it, we unfortunately will not be able to refund you for the return postage. If there is an error, or the fabric is faulty then we will of course exchange or refund and will pay for the return postage.
How do I check the Status of my order?
If you have ordered online then just log into your account and the status of each of your orders is listed.
