Whilst on the subject of fine cotton fabric I will tell you about this very fine cream cotton lawn fabric which  has a fine gold lurex yarn at regular intervals down the cloth, it has a slightly wrinkly finish, not overdone by any stretch of the imagination. Very soft and reasonably transparent. 60in wide.
