I’ve no personal experience of a wild Montana sky; I have heard about it in song and seen some of it in old films and read about in the odd Western book that I have read, eg Lonesome Dove.   I am tempted to call it a light-weight moleskin and, if you want to, you can.  I’ll just stick with sueded cotton.  It has a wonderful sheen to the finish and might just possibly been worn as an overshirt in a cold climate.  Just beautiful.
