How long will my parcel take to come?

UK delivery is by courier service, standard or registered post depending on size and value of order. All fabrics have to be cut for each order which does take time and despatch is normally within 3 working days of receipt of order. However, when we have just sent out a new catalogue, delivery times can be longer so in rare circumstances please allow up to 7 days.

All schedules are also subject to item availability. In some instances where a fabric has gone out of stock and we are waiting for an imminent delivery we will hold back your order for up to maximum of 5 working days.

From despatch your parcel should arrive with you within 1 - 3 working days depending on the courier and where you live. Things can take a bit longer to get to the Outer Hebrides for example. We are sorry but presently we are unable to specify the time of delivery.
