The Loviisa dress is a contemporary A-line mini dress with a denim-inspired edge. Its bold collar, statement button placket, and sharp chest pockets add a modern twist to a classic silhouette. Designed with practicality in mind, it includes side pockets and long sleeves with cuffs, featuring pleats and small slits for added shape and movement. Subtle topstitching throughout enhances the design with a refined finish.
Recommended Fabric
Opt for a medium-weight, non-stretch fabric like denim or twill for the main dress. For the pocket bags, use a lighter yet durable non-stretch fabric, such as plain cotton.

The fabric requirements include a 5% allowance for shrinkage. Keep in mind that more fabric may be needed for patterned fabrics or those that require a single-direction cut.
