Description
The Tie blouse has a relaxed fit, an open front with a v-neckline, and a tie closure at the front.
The Peggy collar is a wide design with square flaps at the front and a rounded shape at the back, finished with a ruffled edge that can be made with or without ruffles.
The lantern sleeves are made up of two parts: an upper section similar to a t-shirt sleeve, and a voluminous puffed lower sleeve. The hem of the sleeve is gathered with an elastic band for a snug finish.

This pattern is designed for woven fabrics. If you're unsure about which fabric to choose, materials such as poplin, woven cotton, linen, and seersucker are excellent options for this blouse.
