What is Cotton Poplin Fabric?
Cotton poplin fabric is a type of lightweight woven fabric made with a combination of cotton and polyester fibers. The fibers are usually combed in order to produce a smooth surface that is resistant to wrinkling and shrinking. Poplin fabric has also been treated with finishing agents like calendaring, mercerizing, or resin-finishing so that it can be more durable and easier to care for.
