These breathable cotton jersey fabrics are perfect for t-shirts, children's crafts, and dresses. With a great range of plain and printed fabrics to choose from, you're sure to find the perfect one for your next project.
Cotton jersey fabric is a knitted material that is predominately cotton with some elastane thrown in for added stretch. This makes it the perfect choice for t-shirts and children's clothes. In fact, it's also great for dressmaking—Âwhether you're creating something simple or intricate. We've got a great range of fabrics to choose from, including plain and printed cotton jersey fabrics that are perfect for holiday shirts.
Additionally, cotton jersey dress fabrics are naturally absorbent and breathable – keeping your clothes comfortable no matter the season. And unlike other materials, cotton jersey is wrinkle-resistant and requires minimal care; ideal for those days when you’re just too busy to worry about ironing. Jersey cotton is often used in lightweight garments like tees and dresses, but don’t be fooled by its delicate feel – its resilient fibres make it surprisingly sturdy! With cotton jersey as your fabric of choice, dressmaking has never been so effortless.
