Description

Emily is a snug wrap dress with a defined waist and a subtly flared A-line skirt. Featuring a waist seam, deep V-neckline, and secured with sew-on snaps, this dress is a flattering choice. The front of the bodice is enhanced with waist and bust darts, while the back boasts waist and shoulder darts. Its shoulder line is subtly extended to accommodate shoulder pads. The long, set-in, two-piece sleeves are fitted along the arm and gently flare at the hem. Emily exhibits an asymmetric hemline and falls gracefully to an above-the-knee length.

Dress-weight wool, gabardine, wool crepe.

Choose woven fabrics with the following properties:

- Medium weight, easily shaped with steam, breathable, soft, non-stretch or with very little stretch, opaque;

- The fiber content can include natural fibres (wool, silk), artificial (viscose), blends (wool + silk, wool + polyester, viscose + polyester) and synthetic (polyester, polyester + elastane);

ATTENTION: Stretchy knits and lightweight sheer fabrics (chiffon, organza, stretch lace) are NOT recommended.

• Stitched bias-cut fusible stay tape (with stitch reinforcement), 1.5 cm (5/8″) wide, 3.5 m (3 7/8 yd)
