Viscose Challis Fabrics
Viscose Challis is a lightweight fabric with a plain weave pattern and soft hand feel. Its drape makes it perfect for flowy dresses, skirts, tops and blouses.
It also works well as lining fabric since its lightweight nature allows it to move easily against other fabrics without bunching up or adding bulk. While still breathable like Viscose Twill, Viscose Challis doesn’t have quite as much structure as its heavier counterpart so it won’t hold its shape as well in high-stress areas of garments such as waistbands or shoulders when sewing more structured pieces.
Whether you're looking for a plain fabric or something a bit flashier, viscose challis fabrics are sure to impress.
