I washed this fabric first and it came off the line completely crease free and ready to work on. Easy to sew and lovely feel to it. My normal trouser pattern came up a touch small so perhaps allow extra on seams first. I meant to and forgot. I have made 3 pairs straight legged trousers out of 5 metres. I am size 24 round the hips sadly!! Its not stretching at the knees, staying crease free very pleased with the fabric.
