Description
The September coat is a versatile piece that can be worn in a variety of seasons and settings. It features a unique blend of an overcoat and a duster design, perfect for striding through town or country. The pattern offers the option to make it lined or unlined, and it can be made in various fabrics such as oilskin, wool, or linen.
Fabric Suggestions
Dry oilskin, oilskin, mid – heavyweight linens, 7 – 12oz denim, wool corduroy, fleece & quilted fabrics, cotton twills or canvas. A heavier weight cloth will result in a more structured coat.
For the lining, we’d suggest using Barrier Lining if you are using oilskin. You could also use cotton voile, lightweight linen, cotton poplin, hemp/cotton, lightweight wools or a traditional slip lining.

All seam allowances are 1.5cm unless otherwise stated.
