Denimfest - 8oz Dale

This one’s got more of that old-school washed denim character about it. Still very dark, still sitting firmly in the black-to-ink-blue territory, but softer-looking than its heavier cousin with a slightly faded, worn-in surface straight off the roll. The traditional twill weave is much more visible here too, giving it that classic denim look people picture when they think of proper jeans fabric. And then there’s the red selvedge edge; always a good sign.

At 8oz and an extra-wide 190cm, this 100% cotton denim is lighter, easier to wear and ideal for year-round sewing. Perfect for relaxed jeans, overshirts, shirt dresses, lightweight jackets, worker trousers and everyday denim projects that don’t feel overly stiff or heavy. The softer handle and vintage feel make it one of those fabrics that already looks like a favourite before you’ve even cut into it.

• Please allow 2-10% shrinkage on fabrics to be on the safe side. Wash before making up in the same manner as you would with subsequent washes (including drying methods)
• Please test a sample area first to find the most suitable way to wash your chosen fabrics, as we cannot accept liability for fabrics washed or treated incorrectly.
• Whilst every effort is made, we cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your screen are accurate because every screen shows colours differently.

Standard UK mainland delivery from £4.95, with express options and same-day dispatch available at checkout. We process orders Monday to Friday, so weekend orders begin processing the following Monday.
