A beautiful quality nylon lining fabric with a traditional feel that's becoming increasingly difficult to find. Woven with black weft yarns and brown warp yarns, the surface takes on a rich bronze changeant effect that shifts subtly in the light, giving depth and character far beyond a standard lining. The soft twill weave adds a touch of luxury, whilst the understated sheen creates an elegant finish without being overly shiny.
At approximately 140gsm, this is a substantial lining fabric with excellent durability and a smooth handle. Strong enough for tailoring and outerwear projects, it works particularly well in coats, jackets, blazers, skirts and structured garments where a reliable lining is just as important as the outer fabric. A proper old-fashioned lining cloth with the quality and appearance that dressmakers and tailors often struggle to find today.
