Fiona is a fitted sundress pattern with clean lines, thoughtful shaping and plenty of styling options to suit different wardrobes.
Designed with a structured bodice, princess seams and a button-through front, it creates a flattering, close fit through the top before falling into a straight skirt. The topstitching details give it a polished, slightly workwear feel while still keeping it wearable for everyday.
You’ve got two distinct looks to choose from. View A offers a more covered, bra-friendly bodice with a midi-length skirt and side slits, making it an easy option for daywear. View B switches things up with crossed straps and a lower back, paired with either a mini or below-the-knee skirt for a more summery feel. The real bonus is that all bodices and skirts can be mixed and matched, so you can make multiple versions without getting bored of it.
It works best in medium weight woven fabrics like denim, twill, chambray or linen, where the structure helps hold the shape and show off the seam lines and topstitching.
Recommended Fabric:
