Description
The luna vest with box sleeve makes an easy-to-sew, unlined jacket with a collar, snap fastening and handy side pockets. The roomy box sleeves finish in wide cuffs, giving the jacket its distinctive shape, while bias binding neatly finishes the inside.
Choose from two lengths, with the longer version shown in the photographs. You’ll need your chosen fabric, matching thread, interfacing and bias binding, plus snap fasteners measuring 10–15mm in diameter: five for the short version or seven for the long version.
Recommended Fabric
Woven fabrics such as canvas, denim, quilted fabric, coating wool or oilskin. Use a lighter fabric for the pockets to reduce bulk, such as a lighter cotton canvas.
