150cm wide, Ponte Roma double jersey fabric in red, made from a blend of 74% polyester, 23% viscose, and 3% elastane. Its high-quality knit offers a soft structure with just the right amount of stretch, making it perfect for creating dresses, tops, jackets, and coatigans. Loved by our customers for its ease of sewing and care, it's an ideal option for both beginners and experienced sewers alike.

This is a lovely colour and feels great but it RUNS more than any other red fabric I have ever had. I prewashed with a swatch of white to check, and the swatch came out dark pink. I prewashed a further 2 times and no improvement. In fact, when I used my washing machine for a white wash afterwards, the shirts came out a very pale pink!! Be warned and wash any garments you make on their own. Not suitable for colour blocking with other fabrics.
