Traditional, deep dark green waxed cotton with a lighter handle and a classic outdoor look.
This fabric is approximately 148cm wide and woven from 100% cotton with a lighter 4oz weight (around 190gsm), giving it the familiar character of waxed cotton without the heavier feel of traditional oilcloth. The wax finish provides practical water resistance while still allowing the fabric to breathe, making it well suited to jackets, coats, bags and everyday outdoor clothing.
Over time the surface develops the creases and markings that waxed cotton is known for, gradually building a worn-in look that gives finished pieces real character. This particular cloth is finished in the UK by British Millerain, one of the long-established names in waxed cotton fabrics.
⚠️Due to the nature of this fabric we are unable to provide refunds on any returned wax cotton. Therefore we recommend you purchase either a sample where possible or half a metre quantities to ensure you are completely happy with your fabric.
The roll price is £30 for postage. However, if you’re happy for it to be folded please proceed as normal. By folding it will come with crease marks on the folds.
