Think beautifully draped jersey dresses, wrap dresses, relaxed T-shirts, fitted tops, soft skirts, leggings and comfortable everyday separates. Its generous stretch also makes it an excellent choice for loungewear, pyjamas, children's clothing and maternity wear.

Sewing pattern recommendations: Tilly and the Buttons Agnes Top, Tilly and the Buttons Billie Sweatshirt, Tilly and the Buttons Lotta Dress (jersey version), and the Sew Over It Ultimate Wrap Dress. Patterns for jersey T-shirts, draped dresses, leggings and relaxed lounge sets would also work beautifully. Always check the stretch requirements of your chosen pattern before cutting.

Notions recommendations: Coordinating denim blue polyester sewing thread, a 75/11 stretch or ballpoint sewing machine needle, clear elastic for stabilising shoulder seams, and lightweight stretch interfacing where needed. A twin needle is useful for professional-looking hems, while an overlocker or narrow zigzag stitch will allow seams to stretch comfortably with the fabric.
