Description
Tiny scattered flowers in rust, burnt orange, ochre and muted olive green cover a soft ivory ground, giving this cotton jersey a lovely vintage feel. The print is small enough to be wonderfully wearable, with little dark centres and softly shaped leaves breaking up the warmer autumnal shades. Made from 95% cotton and 5% elastane, it has a smooth, soft handle with excellent stretch in both directions and a comfortable 200gsm midweight feel.
This is one of those useful jerseys that could become almost anything. Try it for a T-shirt, fitted top, everyday dress, leggings, pyjamas or children's clothing, where the cotton keeps things breathable and the elastane provides plenty of movement and recovery. Despite the name, there's no need to pack it away once autumn is over; the ivory ground keeps it light enough to wear throughout the year.
