Description
Moody florals have a charm all of their own, and this gorgeous khaki green and black print is a perfect example. An intricate mix of tropical leaves, delicate flowers and trailing foliage sits against a mottled olive and moss green background, creating a wonderfully rich, almost vintage botanical look. Woven from 100% lyocell, the fabric has a beautifully soft, smooth handle and that lovely fluid drape which makes lyocell such a pleasure to wear.
There's something rather sophisticated about a floral that doesn't try too hard to be pretty. This one would make a fabulous flowing midi dress, a relaxed blouse with billowing sleeves or a softly gathered skirt. Equally lovely for wide-leg summer trousers, loose shirts and easy everyday separates. The dark botanical colouring gives it plenty of character, while the beautiful movement of the cloth does the rest.

Allow 2-10% shrinkage to be on the safe side. Wash the fabric before making up, in the same way you'll wash the finished make, drying methods included, so it settles once rather than after it's sewn.
