Deep chocolate brown and chunky corduroy are a very happy combination. The 8 wale construction creates strong, defined ribs, with the pile shifting between cocoa and much deeper brown depending on the direction of the light. Its polyester and polyamide composition is softened further by the washed finish, with elastane adding welcome flexibility.

This is one of those dependable colours that can quietly do an awful lot. Turn it into classic trousers, dungarees, an A-line skirt, pinafore, utility jacket or overshirt and it will mix effortlessly with cream, rust, camel, denim, greens and prints. Substantial at 330gsm, but soft and wearable rather than stiff.
