Black Petal - Stretch Lace

A black stretch lace with a dense, floral pattern and an open, lacey structure that gives it plenty of visual impact. The design is bold and detailed rather than delicate, with strong motifs that stand out clearly against the skin or a contrast lining. Despite the intricate patterning, the fabric remains soft and flexible, with a smooth handle that feels comfortable rather than scratchy.

At around 141gsm this is a lightweight lace with good stretch and movement. It has approximately slight stretch across the width and a 20% stretch vertically, allowing it to sit well on the body without feeling restrictive. Best suited to garments that play with transparency and shape, it works particularly well for dresses, tops, skirts, sleeves, and statement panels where the pattern can take centre stage.
