John Louden - Winslet - Pink

Pretty without being overly sugary, this John Louden cotton poplin has a soft pink ground scattered with tiny florals and leafy sprigs in coral red, rose pink, fresh green and muted blue. The small-scale print has plenty going on when you look closely, but from a distance it reads as a wonderfully easy, colourful floral. Made from 100% cotton, the poplin has a smooth, neat finish and the crispness you want from a good dressmaking cotton.

At 130gsm, it is light enough for comfortable summer clothing while still having enough body to sew beautifully and hold its shape. Try it for shirts, blouses, shirt dresses, gathered skirts, sundresses, children's clothing and pyjamas, as well as quilting and prettier craft projects. The pink colourway gives the original Winslet design a warmer, cheerier feel and would make a particularly lovely summer shirt or dress.

• Please allow 2-10% shrinkage on fabrics to be on the safe side. Wash before making up in the same manner as you would with subsequent washes (including drying methods)

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 2nd Class Delivery: This is our standard Royal Mail service. Delivery is typically estimated at 2–3 working days from dispatch, although times can vary.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - 1st Class Delivery: A faster Royal Mail option, typically estimated at 1–2 working days from dispatch. Please note that this is not a guaranteed next day service.
Courier Delivery: We offer a courier service via Parcelforce for customers requiring a faster delivery option. We aim to dispatch eligible orders placed before 1pm on the same working day, but this cannot be guaranteed. Courier delivery is generally expected on the next working day following dispatch. Orders placed on Friday may not be collected until the following Monday. This service is tracked.

We process orders Monday to Friday, so weekend orders begin processing the following Monday.
