Sartoria Shirting - Bari

Timeless and full of character, this Italian-made ex-designer cotton check fabric is woven from 100% cotton for a soft, breathable finish. The bold check pattern in red, blue, navy, and cream adds a fresh yet classic feel—perfect for year-round dressmaking. At 150cm wide and 140gsm, it’s lightweight, easy to sew, and ideal for shirts, dresses, skirts, and casual tailoring. A beautiful Italian deadstock fabric, sold by the metre.

• Please allow up to 10% shrinkage for all fabrics to be on the safe side. For all fabrics wash before making up in the same manner as would with subsequent washes (including drying methods).

Standard UK mainland delivery from £4.95, with express options and same-day dispatch available at checkout. We process orders Monday to Friday, so weekend orders begin processing the following Monday.
