At 200gsm, it offers an excellent balance of durability and wearability, making it substantial enough for outerwear whilst remaining comfortable to sew and wear. The waxed finish enhances the rich colour, creating depth and character across the cloth.
With its generous 155cm width, Eiger is particularly useful for larger sewing projects where fabric efficiency matters. The weather-resistant finish makes it ideal for jackets, coats, overshirts and bags, whilst the warm caramel shade works beautifully across both men's and women's designs. Over time, the fabric develops the creases and markings that make waxed cotton so distinctive, creating a unique finish that reflects how the garment is worn and used.
