Wool Obsession

Proper British wool flannel in black with the beautifully soft, slightly brushed handle that makes flannel such a pleasure to wear. Made from 100% wool in Britain, this cloth has a smooth, softly matt surface with a fine twill running through the weave and none of the harshness sometimes associated with traditional wool suiting. At 227gsm, it sits in that very useful medium-weight territory: substantial enough to tailor beautifully, yet still supple and comfortable.

Black makes this an exceptionally versatile cloth for trousers, suits, blazers, waistcoats, skirts and tailored dresses, with the flannelled finish taking away some of the severity of a plain black suiting. At 150cm wide, it is a timeless wardrobe fabric with excellent quality behind it – smart enough for formal tailoring but soft enough for pieces you'll actually want to wear regularly.

• Please allow 2-10% shrinkage on fabrics to be on the safe side. Wash before making up in the same manner as you would with subsequent washes (including drying methods)
• Please test a sample area first to find the most suitable way to wash your chosen fabrics, as we cannot accept liability for fabrics washed or treated incorrectly.
• Whilst every effort is made, we cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your screen are accurate because every screen shows colours differently.

Delivery

Processing Your Order: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your order is handled with care and sent out promptly.

UK Delivery:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 2nd Class Delivery: This is our standard Royal Mail service. Delivery is typically estimated at 2–3 working days from dispatch, although times can vary.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - 1st Class Delivery: A faster Royal Mail option, typically estimated at 1–2 working days from dispatch. Please note that this is not a guaranteed next day service.
Courier Delivery: We offer a courier service via Parcelforce for customers requiring a faster delivery option. We aim to dispatch eligible orders placed before 1pm on the same working day, but this cannot be guaranteed. Courier delivery is generally expected on the next working day following dispatch. Orders placed on Friday may not be collected until the following Monday. This service is tracked.

We process orders Monday to Friday, so weekend orders begin processing the following Monday.

We want you to love your order! If you’re not completely happy, you can return items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Please note that fabrics are cut to order, so a restocking fee may apply. Some items are non-returnable except where faulty or not as described.
