Description
Como Classico - Denim - Matteo is a lightweight black denim at 225gsm (6.5oz). Soft, supple and with a gentle drape, this fabric is much lighter than traditional jeans denim - making it ideal for shirts, shirt dresses, skirts and other garments that need movement without bulk.
Think of Matteo as shirting denim: the authentic look and feel of denim, but in a wearable weight that won’t feel heavy or stiff. Easy to sew and easy to wear, it’s perfect for projects where you want denim character in a lighter, more refined form.
As with all our Como Classico fabrics, Matteo is sourced from Italian deadstock, bringing quality, sustainability and style together.
