Description
This exceptional Italian ex-designer satin is made from ECOVERO™ viscose, with a beautifully fluid drape and a smooth, sensual handle. The rich turquoise colour has wonderful depth, while the satin weave catches the light with an elegant lustre rather than an overly glossy shine. Soft, cool and wonderfully supple, it feels every bit as luxurious as it looks.
At approximately 170gsm, it has enough substance to fall beautifully without feeling heavy, making it a superb choice for bias-cut dresses, evening gowns, fluid skirts, draped tops and special-occasion pieces. This is the sort of fabric where a simple pattern can really shine; ruching, gathers, cowls and softly draped details will make particularly good use of its movement and sheen.

Care & washing
Allow 2-10% shrinkage to be on the safe side. Wash the fabric before making up, in the same way you'll wash the finished make, drying methods included, so it settles once rather than after it's sewn.
