Description
This Italian ex-designer satin is made from ECOVERO™ viscose and has a wonderfully smooth, sensual handle. The saturated emerald shade becomes particularly rich in the folds, while the satin face catches the light with a glossy, almost liquid appearance. Soft and cool against the skin, it feels every bit as luxurious as it looks.
At approximately 170gsm, it has a fluid, weighty drape without feeling heavy, making it particularly effective for garments where movement is important. Think sweeping evening dresses, bias-cut gowns, elegant skirts and sophisticated occasionwear, as well as blouses and camisoles. Draping, gathering and cowl details will make especially good use of the beautiful contrast between light and shadow across the surface.

Care & washing
Allow 2-10% shrinkage to be on the safe side. Wash the fabric before making up, in the same way you'll wash the finished make, drying methods included, so it settles once rather than after it's sewn.
