Description
Understated luxury at its finest. This beautiful Italian wool and cashmere coating has a classic navy and grey check with fine, subtle lines running through it. Made from 80% wool and 20% cashmere, it has a wonderfully soft, brushed finish and a lovely substantial feel without being excessively heavy. At 300gsm, there's enough body for a beautifully shaped coat, while the fabric still has a natural drape. The sort of cloth that looks expensive without having to shout about it.
Perfect for a smart winter coat, a relaxed tailored jacket, a long overcoat or a beautifully simple cape. The muted colours make it easy to wear with almost anything, and the cashmere gives it that extra touch of softness you don't always find in traditional wool coatings. Keep the styling simple and let the fabric do the talking. Quietly luxurious, beautifully made and rather special.

Care & washing
Allow 2-10% shrinkage to be on the safe side. Wash the fabric before making up, in the same way you'll wash the finished make, drying methods included, so it settles once rather than after it's sewn.
