Description
This dark navy cloth is a lightweight 150cm wide woven at 110gsm, with fine crinkled ribs running down its length and a softer, more broken texture on the reverse. It feels silky and cool in the hand and drapes in long, fluid lines, falling close to the body rather than holding a crisp shape.
The blend of 47% rayon, 36% Tencel and 17% nylon gives you that slippery, smooth feel of cellulose fibres, with a share of nylon in the mix. Navy is the obvious answer if you find black a touch severe: it is just as easy to wear and just as forgiving, but kinder to the face, and the textured surface means even the simplest shape never looks flat. There's no stretch, so allow a little ease when cutting.
